Performance update

With this release, we have significantly enhanced the performance of Proxuma. To ensure it operates at its best, we have temporarily disabled the capacity graph and capacity bar. We are diligently working on a fix and will deploy it as soon as it is ready.

We are committed to continuously improving Proxuma’s speed and will promptly implement any performance upgrades as they become available.

Planning Screen Updates

ProxumaViewSettingsPlanning

Enhanced Day Selection for Planning Timeline

Users can now select which days of the week are shown on the planning timeline through the view settings, enhancing your user experience. This new feature introduces two dropdowns in the display days settings, allowing you to configure the days to be shown on the Planning screen based on your preferences. The “Display days from” can start from the selected date in general settings, offering greater flexibility and customization in viewing your planning timeline.

Customizable View Settings for Planning Screen

Users can now customize the information shown on an item and column sizes on the planning screen through the view settings, enhancing your user experience. This new feature allows you to set the layout for service calls and appointments. Each row corresponds to a set of information, and you can choose from 1 to 3 rows, with at least one row always selected. For column size, you can set the hours per column to values between 1 to 4 to either show a collapsed or expanded view, enabling the user to fit all items on one screen for an easy view of the entire week. These settings enable a more flexible and personalized planning interface.

Filter for Unassigned Tasks, Tickets, and Service Calls in Plan Bucket

ProxumaEmptyResource
Filter tickets by no resource assigned

This update introduces an “Empty” option within the resource filter. Now, you can filter tasks, tickets, and service calls without an assigned resource in the plan bucket, making planning more efficient.

Enhanced Design and Layout for Planned Items

Proxuma has now upgraded how tasks, tickets, and service calls are displayed. This feature is necessary for improved clarity and efficiency in managing and viewing scheduled items, which helps users prioritize tasks more effectively. This update adds a detailed display structure for tasks, tickets, service calls, and appointments.
