We are thrilled to present the latest advancements in our Project Module, designed to elevate your project management experience. This release brings forth a series of enhancements that not only simplify project creation but also refine the way you view and manage tasks and tickets within Proxuma. A large amount of effort has gone into refining and optimizing the Planning screen to make sure that dispatching through Proxuma is fast and effective.  

 Let’s dive into the key highlights of this update: 


Multiple Tasks or Tickets on a single Service Call


  • Introducing the Green Bubble! 

    The green bubble introduces a feature enabling planners to efficiently manage multiple tasks or tickets within a single service call. All related tasks and tickets are neatly displayed below the service call, mirroring the task format seen on the project screen. The user-friendly collapse button simplifies the management of tasks and tickets. To enhance visual clarity, the service call is also set in green, indicating a connection to multiple tasks or tickets.

    The workflow this enables is that you can now have a checklist of tasks some is going to do during a service call. So if there’s a service call to visit a customer X, now the person can check off a whole bunch of tasks to be done at customer X.

    A Planner can easily see that the service call entails multiple tasks by the green color, and by clicking on the item they see which tasks are associated with it:



Task Creation in the Projects Module


  • Proxuma introduces a powerful project management upgrade, focusing on the needs of project managers who seek a seamless workflow without switching between applications. This release equips Proxuma with an intuitive task creation module, allowing users to effortlessly create Project Tasks within the platform. The user-friendly interface, designed with usability and Autotask integration in mind. Robust validation ensures accurate input, and an effective data sync guarantees consistency between Proxuma and Autotask. Post-creation, users can edit tasks with a simple click, enhancing the overall project creation and management process.


Autotask Synchronization Improvement

  • At Proxuma we prioritize making sync processes smooth and reliable. Our latest release brings an improved 10-minute sync, plus an additional 5-minute sync for an improved user experience. The update includes a smart system to enhance stability for both new and existing users. Key features in this release include improved error handling and introducing checks to minimize disruptions. An automated error recovery process ensures smooth sync operations without manual intervention.



Today Button for easier Date and Time Navigation

To Today Proxuma Button

  • Clicking “To Today” efficiently guides users to the exact current date and time. Whether in day, week, month, or year views, this ensures the current date and time aligns with the screen’s beginning view, providing users with easier navigation for improved planning. We also improved user clarity by changing the “Today” button to “To Today,” so you know exactly what the button does.



Bug Fixes

  • Numerous bug fixes were implemented to enhance the overall functionality and user experience of the tool. The resolutions addressed diverse issues, spanning display problems, usability concerns, and log-in issues. This comprehensive approach has significantly improved the performance and reliability of the tool, ensuring users can navigate and work more efficiently and effectively.

We have some exciting new features coming in Q1 & Q2 2024. Much of what we do is to build a product that addresses the most immediate needs of the largest number of MSPs.
